About Claudia Isolda

Studying in both England and Switzerland, Claudia qualified in Location Management from the UK’s National Film & Television School and in Event Management from the University of Lucerne. She is also a Licensed Etiquette Coach, a professional Stylist and is trained in Wedding Planning Management. Claudia speaks English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Danish.

For several years, she was the Exhibitions Manager at a world-class and world-famous 5-star luxury hotel in the Swiss Alps. Her excellent organisational skills, combined with her reliability, diplomacy and confidentiality were essential qualities to manage the hotel’s events and exhibitions – including, for example, international fashion shows, symposia by internationally renowned speakers, film stars on location, as well as location Management - and she has direct experience of what is required to be successful within a demanding, cosmopolitan and sophisticated environment.

Her portfolio of knowledge and skills includes the teaching of Business Etiquette, in which she is also a specialist, and the demand for this area of her work is increasing.

Claudia’s clients benefit significantly from her both extensive and sophisticated knowledge and specialisms, with the result that she is much in demand. However, Claudia thrives on work, which she enjoys very much. It is perhaps not least because of this that her clients enjoy her work, too.
